Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Khar, Fort Monroe District Dera Ghazi Khan has published an advertisement in the daily Jang newspaper according to which applications are invited from Qualified and Experienced candidates to select Medical Superintendent THQ Hospital Khar, Fort Munro Distt Dera Ghazi Khan being managed by Shaheen Foundation, PAF.


Qualification & Experience


  1. MBBS with Advanced Degree in Health Care Administration.

  2. At least 10 years of Senior Management Experience, proven substantial Leadership, Operational Management experience, and success in Leading, Managing and setting Strategies for a Healthcare Setup.

  3. In-depth knowledge of Key Health Policies and Local Bylaws ' Health Care Standards (ISO! JCI).

  4. Good understanding & working experience of the entire range of Hospital Management.



Major Responsibilities


  1. The Medical Superintendent should be able to.

  2. Initiate and develop a "Strategic Hospital Plan”.

  3. Provide direction for Strategic and Operational matters. including Clinical Delivery. Financial, Human Resource, Training, and Quality Management in accordance with the objectives of the Hospital.

  4. Ensure implementation of Programmes & Services towards efficient functioning of the Hospital.

  5. Give direction for the preparation of Hospital budget, allocation, and judicious utilization of funds.


Terms & Conditions


  1. Market Competitive Salary will be offered as per qualification and experience.

  2. The appointment will be on an annual contract basis which may be extended subject to the performance of the employee.
