Terms and Conditions:


  1. Original relevant/required documents to be submitted/displayed at the time of test/interview. Photocopies of documents will not be considered.

  2. The Establishment Division (Main) reserves the right to cancel/reduce or increase the number of posts at any time.

  3. Applicants wishing to apply for more than one post will, according to SI, submit separate applications. No. 1.

  4. Applicants must specifically mention the domicile/quota against which they are applying for the post.

  5. People who are already in the service should apply "through the appropriate channel".

  6. Age relaxation will be given as per O.M No. 9/2/91-R-5 of the Establishment Division dated 28.11.2000 and clarification dated 24.06.2010.

  7. All recruitment will be done as per the instructions of the Establishment Division Recruitment Policy dated 22.10.2014, as amended from time to time, and the procedure has been amended from time to time as on 16-01-2015.

  8. Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will not be considered.

  9. Women and people with disabilities are encouraged to apply.

  10. Only candidates who have met the eligibility criteria will be called for a test/interview.

  11. No TA / DA will be accepted for participation in the test/interview.

  1. Those who meet the proposed eligibility experience mentioned against each post will be recruited by the Section Officer (Admin-II) within 15 days of publication of this advertisement along with a CNIC certified copy and two color passport size photographs. You can apply on the prescribed application form. Establishment Division (Main) Room No. 1115-J, Cabinet Block, Islamabad.
